CRISIL CERTIFIED ANALYST PROGRAMME 2013-2015:

CCAP is a two-year intensive work-cum-study programme that combines coursework, job assignments, and interactive workshops to equip the learner with exceptional financial and business skills. The programme is aimed at developing worldclass financial professionals for various analyst roles in CRISIL. At the end of two years, CRISIL provides career growth to all successful candidates at attractive packages, at par with the industry. The programme has gained acceptance by the industry, CRISIL clients and the academia.

» CCAP Eligibility Criteria

The minimum requirement for admission to the programme is:

  • A bachelor's degree with at least 60 % marks or the equivalent cumulative grade point average (CGPA). This should be an aggregate score for the course. Candidates appearing for the final-year bachelor's degree/equivalent examination may also apply.
  • The candidate can submit their latest Common Admission Test (CAT) scores conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management or Xavier's Admission Test (XAT) scores conducted by XLRI, Jamshedpur. If the candidate has not appeared for any of these exams, he/she will be required to appear for the CRISIL Aptitude Test.
  • The candidate should have been born on or after January 1, 1986.

Note:
Candidates who are in the final year of graduation must have obtained at least 50% or equivalent grades in his/her semesters or education years so far. The deadline for submission of final mark sheets and certificate is December 31, 2013. Admission of such candidates will be provisional & will be cancelled in case of non-fulfillment of the stated criteria.

» Selection Process

Applicants will be shortlisted based on the eligibility criteria. Shortlisted applicants have to go through the below mentioned selection stages.

  • CCAP Aptitude Test
    Candidates who have not appeared for CAT/ XAT held during 2012-13 will have to appear for the CRISIL Aptitude test, which would be conducted across 18 locations in India. The test will have 5 sections: Verbal Ability, Quantitative Ability, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning, General Knowledge and Essay Writing. The test duration is 135 minutes.

    South Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Cochin
    Central Indore, Bhopal, Allahabad
    East Kolkata, Bhubaneshwar, Patna, Guwahati
  • Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI):
    CRISIL will decide the section-wise and total cut-off marks, which will be used in short-listing candidates for GD & PI. The final round of GD & PI will be held in Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai. Final selection will be based on the candidate's profile, performance in the CRISIL Aptitude Test, GD & PI rounds.

The selected candidates will be informed by email and the results would also be updated on the website. The selected candidates will need to confirm their admission before a specified date, failing which their admissions will be cancelled. Candidates in their final year of graduation are required to send their original mark sheets of 10th Standard or 12th Standard. Graduates are required to send their original graduation mark sheets immediately on receipt of the admission offer letter.

Please note that the original certificates need to be produced for verification on the commencement of the programme, failing which the admission will be cancelled.

» Batch Size

The intake for the batch of 2013 - 15 will be approximately 60 participants.

» Programme Location

The programme will be conducted entirely in Mumbai. Selected participants will have to make their own arrangements for accommodation and local conveyance in Mumbai.
