A critical aspect of any reform and restructuring process is to ensure that the organisation is geared and trained in handling and implementing the transformation process. Our expertise lies in hand holding policy makers, central and state government and its agencies. This is achieved by conducting training need analyses, recommending organisation policy and structural realignments, designing and imparting training policies, and developing monitoring and evaluation programmes.
