As India's leading ratings, research, risk and policy advisory company, CRISIL has always been at the forefront to introduce contemporary and innovative thinking to all arenas of business. The CRISIL Young Thought Leader (CYTL) Competition is its way of promoting creative, 'out-of-the-box' thinking.

CYTL is a nationwide competition that invites dissertations from final-year graduate and post graduate students. It provides a unique platform for aspiring thought leaders to showcase their ideas. Over the years, it has attracted intellectual papers on a broad spectrum of issues.

I am delighted to invite you to participate in the 10th edition of CYTL. CRISIL's senior leaders are deeply committed to this endeavour of encouraging thought leadership: they shall be involved at every stage of the awards process, from carefully selecting topics, to objectively evaluating the hundreds of dissertations that we receive.
