How to register for the course?

Upon providing confirmation of your interest in the course via email, we will email you the registration form to enter your details. Post this, you will be receiving an activation link from executivetraining@crisil.com to register.

What is the eligibility criteria for the course?

Eligibility for enrolling for the course is a bachelor's degree with at least 55% score or equivalent cumulative grade point average. This should be the aggregate score.

What is the fee break-up?

The course fee is Rs 12,000, and the exam fee is Rs 2,000.

What is the payment process?

Payment can be made either online through the e-learning platform, training.crisil.com, or cheque drawn in favour of “Crisil Limited”, or via NEFT. Details of the NEFT payment along with your email ID needs to be emailed to executivetraining@crisil.com. The cheque needs to be sent to Gloria D’silva, Crisil House, Central Avenue Road, Hiranandani Business Park, Powai, Mumbai 400 076.

How will I get access to the online learning modules?

Access to the e-learning topics will be through our online e-learning platform - training.crisil.com. Once you have logged into your account with your username and password, the Wealth Management Certification course will appear on your homepage. You can then access the 10 modules by clicking on the course.

How long is the course valid?

Access to the course content is for two years.

Are there helpline numbers for issues faced while accessing the modules?

You can email your queries to certification@crisil.com for issues with regards to the course.

Can I access modules on my mobile/ tablet?

The modules can be accessed on mobiles and tablets as it has been optimised to view on the two devices. However, we recommended viewing the course on a laptop or a  desktop.

Will there be an exam during or post the course?

Exams are conducted twice a year, in June and in December. However, the minimum study period for the course is one month from registration, i.e., a one month gap is required between registering for the course and giving the exam.

What is the frequency of the exam?

Tests will be conducted twice a year, in June and in December. Also, there will be ‘knowledge checks’ at the completion of each module.

What is the exam schedule?

Exams are scheduled twice a year, in June and in December. The date are announced one month before the exams, and are held on Sundays. A note: Payment for taking the exam needs to be made at least 15 days before the exam date.

How many attempts are allowed?

Exams can be taken any number of times in the two years, from date of registration. Please note, though: Every time you register for the exam, you will have to pay the exam fee. In case you are unable to pass within the two years, you can re-register for the course by paying Rs 12,000.

What is the passing score?

60%

Where are the exam centres located?

The exam centres are Crisil offices in Delhi and Mumbai. We are looking at having more exam locations going forward.

What will be the value-add post taking the course?

The course provides deep understanding of asset classes and investment vehicles, and techniques to analyse investment products and risk parameters. It follows a practical approach by using market data, industry trends, and relevant case studies to facilitate a holistic understanding of the subject.

Is there a cancellation policy?

No cancellation can be made once you have registered for the course.
