Yann Le Pallec is President of S&P Global Ratings and a member of the Company’s Executive Leadership Team. He has ultimate responsibility for all aspects of the business, including commercial, analytical, control and operations functions. He is based in Paris and heads the S&P Global Ratings Operating Committee. Previously, Mr. Yann Le Pallec was Executive Managing Director and Global Head of Rating Services which oversees Analytics, Research, and Operations, encompassing more than 2,200 analysts and support staff across 28 countries who cover more than one million outstanding ratings on entities and securities across a range of sectors, including governments, corporations, financial institutions and structured finance. Mr. Yann Le Pallec has held a diverse set of responsibilities in his career at S&P. In 2016, he was Head of Global Corporate Ratings, a group composed of 500 analysts responsible for analyzing over 4,000 non-financial corporations worldwide. From 2011 until 2015, he was responsible for S&P’s market-leading credit ratings business in EMEA managing a team of over 900 rating analysts and support staff operating from 12 offices. Previously, Mr. Yann Le Pallec was Head of EMEA Corporate and Government Ratings, after various managerial and analytical positions in the Insurance and Sovereign & Public Sector groups. Before joining S&P in 1999, Mr.Yann Le Pallec was a Senior Manager with the Paris-based audit firm Salustro Reydel. Mr. Yann Le Pallec holds a Master’s degree in Business from Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economique et Commerciales (ESSEC) in France.

Girish Ganesan is Chief People Officer for S&P Global, and a member of the Company’s Executive Leadership Team.
Most recently, Mr. Ganesan served as Senior Vice President of People for S&P Global, overseeing the people function for multiple areas of the Company across 32 countries including S&P Global Ratings, Sustainable 1, Enterprise Technology and Kensho. Mr. Ganesan has served as the Enterprise Workforce Lead on S&P Global’s AI Council.
Prior to joining S&P, Mr. Ganesan was the Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion and Head of U.S. Talent at TD Bank Group. He was responsible for the strategy and execution of practices and programs that positioned the bank and its 90,000 employees, globally, as an inclusive organization. Prior to TD Bank Group, he was with Manulife where he held a variety of senior positions in total rewards, shared services, and HR business consulting.
Mr. Girish Ganesan was named one of 2023 Top 10 HR Leaders to follow by CIO Magazine and one of 2019 Canada's Top 40 under 40 and has previously been recognized with prestigious awards including the Golden Globe Tiger Award for Excellence in HR Leadership in 2015 endorsed by World HRD Congress.
Born in New Delhi and educated in U.S., Canada, and India, Mr. Ganesan has an honors degree in Political Science and Economics, and post-graduate education in Human Resources Management. He also holds the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation. . Mr. Girish Ganesan previously served as a Director on the Board of Association of Talent Development (ATD) and HR Professional Association (HRPA).

Mr. Girish Paranjpe is an accomplished leader in the technology field having served Wipro Limited, India's third biggest software company, for over two decades, contributing to the rise of India’s IT industry from its infancy to its current globally dominant position. Mr. Paranjpe, served as the Co-CEO of Wipro's IT Business from 2008-2011 and was a member of the Board of Directors of Wipro Ltd. He lead the Wipro's IT business worth USD 5.8 billion and employee strength of over one lakh, spread over 54 countries. More recently, he was the Managing Director for Bloom Energy International, a silicon valley based alternative energy company. Along with his IT industry colleagues he has promoted a venture fund, Exfinity Venture Partners, which invests in tech start-ups. He is also a General Partner at Exfinity.
Mr. Girish Paranjpe serves on the board of Advent invested company Modenik Lifestyle Private Limited. He also serves as an Independent Director on the Boards of Axis Bank, Max Life Insurance and IBS software Ltd.
Mr. Paranjpe is a Commerce graduate and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.

Ms. Shyamala Gopinath has nearly 39 years of rich experience in financial sector policy formulation in different capacities at Reserve Bank of India (RBI). At RBI, she held key positions and guided & influenced national policies in diverse areas of financial sector regulation and supervision, development and regulation of financial markets, capital account management, management of government borrowings, foreign exchange reserve management and payment and settlement systems. She has served on several committees while with RBI. During 2001 to 2003, she was deputed as Senior Financial Expert at the International Monetary Fund. Ms. Gopinath retired as Deputy Governor of RBI, a position that she held for nearly 7 years. She served as Chairperson of the Advisory Board on Bank, Commercial and Financial Frauds for two years from 2012 to 2014.Ms. Gopinath was also the Chairperson of the Board of Corporate Bonds and Securitisation Advisory Committee of SEBI.
Since 2012, Ms Gopinath has held several Board positions in large corporates and public sector undertakings such as Clearing Corporation of India, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, GAIL and Ernst & Young (Global Governance Council) and has also served as a part-time Non-Executive Chairperson of HDFC Bank Ltd. Presently, Ms. Gopinath serves as Independent Director on the boards of renowned companies. She is a member of the Governing Council of Research and Information Systems for Developing Countries (RIS) a New Delhi-based autonomous policy research institute.
Ms Gopinath is a member of Boards of India Sanitation Coalition and WinPE ProClub Mentorship Programme.
Mr. Amar Raj Bindra is a career banker and has 42 years of rich experience in the banking industry across OECD and Emerging markets. He is a credit risk subject expert in the banking industry, with deep knowledge of the Asia region, having managed client and credit risk strategies over 5 global crises. Mr. Bindra retired from ANZ Banking Group International as Head of Credit & Capital Management –International, after managing a portfolio spanning 18 markets, including ESG initiatives for banking energy transition/sustainability linked loans & bonds and risk management digitization. Prior to this, Mr. Bindra was Group Head of Institutional Credit – Asia of Citi Group where he was responsible for a multi billion USD portfolio in Asia, Japan and Australia covering multi geographies, products and industries. He joined the Citi Group in 1979 and held several positions at its various divisions over the years.
Mr Bindra has completed an Advanced Management Program from University of Pennsylvania and holds a post graduate Masters degree of Management Studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Sydenham College, Mumbai.
Mr.Amish Mehta is the Managing Director and CEO of Crisil.
He leads efforts to deliver value through best-in-class analytics, solutions, and opinions to companies, investors, financial institutions, policy makers and governments, both in India and worldwide.
Mr.Amish Mehta joined Crisil in October 2014 as President and Chief Financial Officer, and in 2017, was named Chief Operating Officer. As the COO, he led Crisil’s acquisitions and change agenda, while creating a growth path for the businesses he managed.
Prior to joining Crisil, Mr. Amish Mehta was the Chief Financial Officer of Indus Towers. He has rich experience of over two decades in telecommunications, oil and gas, FMCG and business advisory services, and has held leadership roles in diverse organisations, including BP/Castrol India, E&Y and ExxonMobil India.
He is a member of FICCI’s Capital Markets Committee, CII National Committee on Financial Markets, and SEBI Primary Markets Advisory Committee (PMAC).
He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelors in Commerce.
Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer
Ms Nishi Vasudeva is a business leader with extensive management and advisory experience. She is the first woman Chairman & Managing Director of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), a blue chip Maharatna company in India. During her career of almost four decades in the oil and gas sector, she has worked across diverse business domains that include marketing, corporate planning & strategy, business transformation, enterprise resource planning and information systems. She has been a member of several committees for development of policy for the hydrocarbon sector in India. She has also held Board positions in various joint venture companies of HPCL, in partnership with oil majors, MNCs and reputed Indian business firms, during her tenure at HPCL. Ms Vasudeva is the first Indian to be awarded the Platts "Global CEO of the year" in the Energy sector and has several other awards & recognitions to her credit. She was presented the SCOPE award in the Individual Leadership category by the President of India for excellence and outstanding contribution to public sector management. She has also been ranked one of the top five 'Most Powerful Woman in the Asia Pacific' by FORTUNE magazine in the year 2014. Ms Vasudeva serves as a Non-Executive Independent Director on the Boards of several prominent corporates.Ms Vasudeva is BA (Economic Honours) from Delhi University and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
Saugata is President of the S&P Global Market Intelligence division and a member of the S&P Global’s Executive Committee. Saugata is also the Chief Enterprise Data Officer for S&P Global.
In prior roles at the company, Saugata was President of the Commodity Insights division. Prior to that Saugata was Chief Financial Officer of two of S&P Global’s divisions, S&P Global Market Intelligence and S&P Global Platts. Before that, Saugata led financial planning & analyses (FP&A) and corporate strategy for the company; managed operations and finance for the central technology group; led integration program for a large acquisition; and led the strategy team at S&P Global’s Ratings division.
Previously, Saugata was a consultant at McKinsey & Co.’s New York office where he led client engagements focused on strategy, M&A, corporate finance, and on improving operations across a range of industries, with particular emphasis on financial services.
Before joining McKinsey & Co., Saugata spent seven years at The Godrej Group, a $4 billion diversified conglomerate in Mumbai, India. At the Godrej Group, Saugata led sales teams and supply chain re-engineering projects and worked in the Office of the Group Chairman.
Amish Mehta is the Managing Director and CEO of Crisil.

Ashish Vora leads the Crisil Intelligence unit which consists of Customised Research and Advisory, Industry Research, SME, Funds and Fixed Income, and Business Intelligence and Risk Solutions verticals.
Ashish was one of the co-founders of Pragmatix Services Pvt Ltd, a FinTech company that Crisil acquired in 2018.
He has more than 30 years of experience including leadership roles in leading financial institutions. He is an MBA from the University of New Mexico, class of 1992.
Prior to setting up Pragmatix in 2011, Ashish was EVP and Business Head at Kotak Bank where he set up the Transaction Banking vertical. Before joining Kotak, Ashish gained extensive experience at Citibank across multiple roles in Global Transaction Services and as the Director and Unit Head of Global Relationship Banking.

Gurpreet Chhatwal is Chief Operating Officer of Crisil Limited.
As the Chief Operating Officer, Gurpreet has oversight of the Global Research & Risk Solutions business and the Global Capability Centre. In his earlier role as Managing Director of Crisil Ratings Ltd. he steered the growth of Crisil Ratings and spearheaded innovation and raised the standards of the credit rating industry in India. Gurpreet joined Crisil in 1999 and has also set up and managed large teams in India (the Mid-Corporate Group, or MCG ratings) and globally (the Risk & Analytics practice).
Chief Operating Officer
Duncan leads the Crisil Coalition Greenwich business, and is based at London.
With extensive leadership experience at large financial institutions, his past role was at Citibank where he led the strategy, digital channels and capital management teams for the commercial banking business. As a member of the Commercial Bank Executive Committee, he was responsible for driving an ambitious growth strategy to double the business. He played a critical role in driving digitalisation for Citi’s commercial and corporate banking businesses.
He has also worked with Barclays in Internal strategy & M&A, and at Rothschild.
President & Business Head Crisil Coalition Greenwich
Subodh Rai is the Managing Director of Crisil Ratings Limited and leads the Ratings business. He is responsible for deepening client relationships, strengthening Crisil Ratings brand in the domestic market and analytical execution.
Previously, Subodh Rai was President - Risk and Compliance for Crisil Limited. In this role, Subodh led the risk management, information security, compliance and internal audit functions, focusing on mitigating risks and strengthening resilience, in the context of an evolving economic, technology, and regulatory environment.
Prior to this, Subodh was Chief Ratings Officer at Crisil Ratings and headed the analytical function. He chaired the Rating Committee and was responsible for its functioning. Subodh also led the franchise initiatives for Crisil Ratings and authored several incisive opinion pieces.
Subodh has more than 25 years of experience in the financial sector and has held various leadership positions in the Ratings division. He has also served as Director on the Board of many companies including TRIS Ratings, Thailand.
Before joining Crisil, he worked with Shree Renuka Sugars Ltd and Garware Wall Ropes Ltd.
Subodh holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and an engineering degree from the College of Technology, Pantnagar, Uttarakhand.
Managing Director Crisil Ratings Limited
Krishnan Sitaraman is Senior Director & Chief Ratings Officer at Crisil Ratings Limited (Crisil Ratings). In this role, he heads the analytical function at Crisil Ratings on a pan India basis. He also chairs the Rating Committee and is responsible for its functioning.
Krishnan has been with Crisil for close to 23 years. Prior to his current role, Krishnan was Senior Director & Deputy Chief Ratings Officer at Crisil Ratings. In that role, he oversaw credit rating assignments for financial sector entities and structured finance instruments across sectors.
Earlier, Krishnan was Senior Director, Compliance for Crisil Limited, and was responsible for implementation of SEBI regulations, internal policies, and interfacing with regulators. Prior to compliance, he held various roles across the ratings and research businesses.

Priti leads the Crisil Intelligence business, comprising verticals such as Data, Research, Consulting, Assessments, and Funds & Fixed Income, which serve clients primarily in India and the emerging markets. Prior to this role, she was heading all the capability centres of Crisil in India and international delivery locations aimed at value creation for clients globally. She was responsible for driving scalability and standardisation, capability building, and technology enablement, including generative artificial intelligence. Priti joined the ratings business of Crisil in 2000 and has donned multiple leadership roles across businesses and corporate functions, including Integral IQ, Global Analytics Centre, and as the Chief Strategy Officer for Crisil where she was responsible for strategy formulation and led multiple acquisitions, such as of Greenwich Associates LLC, Peter Lee Associates Pty Ltd, and Bridge to India. Priti is an Economics Honours graduate and a gold-medallist MBA from the International Management Institute.

Dinesh Venkatasubramanian is a seasoned financial services professional with over 31 years of experience across the BFSI sector, having held senior roles in three major multinational banks and having founded two successful startups. His expertise spans product development, business management, analytics, and risk management. With a decade of entrepreneurial experience in Technology and Analytics, Dinesh scaled and exited one startup while building strategic partnerships throughout his career.
Previously, he spent 17 years with Citibank and Standard Chartered Bank and most recently led Strategy & Planning, Transformation, Data & Analytics at DBS Bank India. Dinesh is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He is known for his deep industry knowledge and impactful leadership.

Mr. Sanjay Chakravarti is President – Risk & Compliance of Crisil Limited.
Sanjay is a Chartered Accountant with over 31 years of extensive experience in financial management, strategy, fund management, capital raising , Risk management and corporate & commercial law. In his current role as President - Risk & Compliance he is the global head of Risk, Audit , Compliance and Legal for Crisil Limited. and its subsidiaries worldwide. Prior to his current role, Sanjay was the Chief Financial Officer of Crisil Ltd heading Finance, Company Secretarial and Procurement for Crisil Limited. and its subsidiaries worldwide.
President Risk & Compliance
Zak Murad is the Chief Technology and Information Officer of Crisil Limited.
Zak drives the company's global technology roadmap, product development, technology infrastructure, and alliances. He leads the implementation of micro-services, cloud, and digitally-led technology models in addition to focusing on digitalisation of content and enhancing Crisil’s automation journey by harnessing machine learning and natural language processing.
Before joining Crisil, Zak was the Global Head of IT Infrastructure and Operations at S&P Global Ratings, where he led efforts to work towards common capabilities for product development across the Market Intelligence, Ratings, and Platts divisions of S&P Global.
He has previously worked with BNYMellon where he led data platforms, distributed compute/cloud, and information life cycle management services. In a career spanning over 30 years, he has also managed several large technology projects at well-known financial institutions such as Barclays, Goldman Sachs, and Lehman Brothers.
Zak is a thought leader and has been on the chair and panel of several prestigious technology events across the globe. He holds a degree from Rutgers University.

Maya Vengurlekar leads the Crisil Foundation. In her role as Chief Operating Officer, Maya oversees Crisil's CSR initiatives pertaining to financial inclusion, women's empowerment, and environment conservation.
She joined Crisil in 2002, gained domain expertise in Ratings, culminating in her role as Head – Business Development at Crisil Ratings. Maya then took on a role as Senior Director – Marketing and Investor Outreach, where she steered initiatives to establish Crisil's thought leadership with market participants, investors, regulatory bodies and policy-making institutions, and to develop India’s corporate bond market.
Maya has a Degree in Commerce from Mumbai University and an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
Chief Operating Officer Crisil Foundation
Sharmila is an innovative, client-centric global marketing leader with a proven track record of delivering high-impact marketing strategies that enable growth, strengthen brands, and elevate the experience.
Prior to joining Crisil, she was at Fractal Analytics for a decade, where she was instrumental in developing brand story and experience, influencer program, and demand generation tactics that delivered results.
She is a seasoned marketing leader in the B2B segment and has worked extensively in the marketing of advisory and technology services and products.

Preeti Balwani is a seasoned commercial attorney with over 19 years of experience both in house and in private practice. In her most recent roles, she has served as the General Counsel and Executive Director for Coca-Cola Bottling (Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages) and Kraft Heinz in India.
Preeti is a graduate from Indian Law Society’s (ILS) Law College, Pune University (BSL.LLB) and also holds a Masters’ Degree in Maritime Law (LLM) from the University of Southampton.
Prior to moving in-house Ms. Balwani served as an external counsel for Indian companies providing them legal advice on M&A, for over a decade.
Preeti has been recognised by Legal 500 as part of their GC Power List (India, 2022 & 2018), Indian National Bar Association as the GC of the Year (2019), Forbes India Legal Power List (2020) & Business World Legal as one of the Top 100 GCs of India (2021 and 2020) and Most Influential Women in the Legal Ecosystem (2023). She routinely speaks at forums on gender diversity and inclusion, women leaders and women on the board, brand protection and legal operations.

Pooja has over two decades of global experience in HR in the financial and ITeS sectors.
Business-focused, strategic and results-driven, she has worked across facets of HR involving organisational transformation, creation of inclusive culture and building best-in-class teams.
Her past role was at WNS, where she led HR for the banking and financial services, insurance, healthcare, research and analytics, technology, business transformation group and corporate functions.
Prior to that, she spent 14 years in Standard Chartered, where she worked as an HR Business Leader overseeing, among other things, talent acquisition, performance and talent management.
She is an MBA, a member of CIPD (MCIPD), and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
She is actively involved in social work related to the education of underprivileged children.
