We co designed the Credit Power Certification with experts from Crisil and the leaders of IDFC First Bank. Each level has a rigour in ensuring that employees receive knowledge and skills that are practical and relevant with through classroom sessions, e-learning, assessments and case studies. The three levels with a defined roadmap encourage credit managers aspirations and enable proactive completion of the certification. Support from the Crisil back-office team has been very timely and helps iron out any technical issues during learning or taking tests. Be it Virtual or Classroom, the sessions have been interactive and informative. The programme has helped underwriters :- 1. Take strong subjective decisions 2. Sharper credit decisions. 3. Credit Risk Master Class (CRMC) is a flagship program for Aditya Birla Housing Finance and Aditya Birla Finance Retail Credit teams. Partnering with Crisil to co-create this Learning Journey has been an enriching experience. They brought to the table their subject matter expertise in Credit Risk and industry best research capability to build a program design tailored to meet our organizational objectives. This skill development intervention spread over a quarter was tuned to the needs of multiple training groups comprising learners across experience levels and businesses. Experienced trainers delivered the programs, maintaining interest and engagement levels of the group through rich discussions, examples, roleplays and case studies. Last but not the least, the backend support contributed to a smooth set-up that optimized the outcome of each session. All in all, the CRMC program received much appreciation for the value it added to Building a Future Ready Risk Team at ABC.
