Programme Objectives

CRISIL's Corporate Governance Training Program aims to give its participants the necessary knowledge and skills required for assessing the quality of governance in companies. The failure of several large organisations is often attributed to poor quality of governance. It is therefore important to know what good governance is, and to be able to measure it. Through this program, participants will understand why corporates fail and how strong boards can mitigate risks. The participants can also learn how to integrate governance assessment into their investment analysis and credit research frameworks.
