A Review of Series of Cash Flow Statements of Failed Companies / Fraudulent Companies that are adopting Intelli-gent Accounting 

 

• Income Assessment Methodology for the Non ITR Cases

Legal and Technical Aspects associated with Retail Lending

 

• Complexities in Mortgage Lending in India - with Special relevance to affordable housing 

• Legal and Technical Case studies for discussions - The checklist for collateral valuation will made available to the participants

Conducting a PD for Retail Finance products - Assuming 4 broad different types of customers and specifically focusing on

 

• Handling Concerns & Objections 

• Identifying possible fraudulent cases 

 

Session 7 & 8 

 

Case Study / Role play Based Approach 

 

• Case Studies of Mortgage Loans/ Loan Against Properties/ other forms of Retail Finance to the Self Employed Professionals & Self Employed Non Professionals SEP/ SENP, (more so, if the borrower is a first time Non ITR case, then what are the other precautions to follow as part of case study discussions together with the PD methodology) 

• Discussions on PD report format of NBFCs/ HFCs/ Banks and PD based assessment/ role play 

• Participants will be given a checklist on Do’s and Don’ts on PD.
