Revival, though may be uneven across micro markets and players as government incentives wane off. With prices expected to improve, investors interest in the sector is improving.
On the other hand, commercial office segment which was struggling with build up of vacancies also shows signs of recovery with pick up in new hirings and return-to-office. With the knock-on effect of the pandemic waning and majority population vaccinated, office segment is on a recovery course.
