SEBI vide its notification dated May 30, 2018, amended the (Credit Rating Agencies) Regulations 1999, by which certain activities hitherto being carried out by a credit rating agency are no longer allowed to be carried out by the credit rating agency after a period of two years from the date of notification.Consequent to this, CRISIL Ratings has discontinued the following products with effect from May 31, 2020 and these have since been moved to CRISIL’s India Research division.
