A UK-based bank wanted an end-to-end data strategy to increase data centricity by transforming data acquisitions, governance, management, tools, platforms, skills and culture.

  • Inconsistent approaches to collecting, managing and analyzing data.
  • Inadequate toolsets and skills for federated analysis.

  • Performed a current state assessment with gap analysis.
  • Provided recommendations for tooling across key areas including Informatica for Data Quality automation, Snowflake for data warehousing as a service, and Tableau for data visualization.
