Summary

 

Objective

 

  • To help participants understand:
    • The post pandemic economic scenario in domestic and global markets;
    • The status of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), in light of COVID-19.
  • To highlight the predicament within the Export and Import Oriented MSME community especially if fortunes are inextricably linked with the state of affairs across the globe.
  • To enable insights to participants from MSMEs and lenders so that they reassess the financial requirements of affected entities and recommend practical solutions.
  • To provide insights into various ICC (International chamber of commerce) opinions about issues related to international trade because of COVID-19
  • To reassess financial requirements of affected MSMEs and recommend viable solutions to cope with exigencies.
  • To facilitate a suitable road map for recovery amidst serious challenges and the availability of institutional support.

Target audience 

 

  • SMEs engaged in export and import of goods and services
  • Bankers from:
    • Domestic foreign business
    • Large corporate department engaged in processing proposals of MSMEs/and units engaged in financing export / import business
    • MSME back office and processing office
  • MSME marketing and relationship managers, credit analysts, credit risk teams of banks & NBFCs
  • Housing Finance Companies (HFCs, which focus on Loan against Property, mortgages to MSME)
  • Officials of state, central government departments of MSME, MUDRA, and professional associations such as FICCI among others
