Trainer Profile
He has over 23 years of experience in the credit and debt markets. He is presently Head of Corporate Lending with Kirloskar Capital. Prior to this role he was the Managing Director of IREP Credit Capital. He was also with UBS as an Executive Director and set up and led the Debt Capital Markets and Financing franchisee .He set up the INR DCM desk handling bond issues for high investment grade corporates, structured bond issues for real estate developers, promoter financing etc. as well as high yield offshore financings. Prior to this he was with ABM AMRO / RBS for 6 years and led several landmark and first time transactions including acquisition financings of several corporates. He also worked with Infrastructure Leasing & Finance (IL&FS) and was part of the Investment Banking Division of IL&FS, handling the Asset & Structured Finance business. He has also worked with Credit Analysis & Research (CARE), where he handled financial sector and structured finance ratings. He is an Engineer and MBA by education.
