This course also focusses on relevant soft skills which is mandatory for collection officers to function more productively
The changing dynamics of retail collections due to pandemic situation will be discussed in detail

Course Structure
DAY 1- Duration 3 hours
Session 1:
Impact of collection efficiency on financial institution profitability and understanding the root cause of delinquency helps in deciding proper collection strategies.
Session 2:
Importance of operational risk in collection and strategies to ensure cost-effective debt collection.
To interpret the collection MIS circulated by financial institutions and use them to improve collection efficiency.
Day 2 - Duration 3 hours
Session 3:
Understand different considerations for settlement and explore various possibilities to minimize the impact of any loss
Session 4:
The nuances of effectively handling collections customers on the field and safeguarding employee & organisational reputation.

Having more than 20 years of experience working with public, private & foreign banks. He is an expert in the areas of International Business, Trade Finance, Credit, Foreign Exchange, Collections & non-functional Soft skills. During his corporate career he has handles various aspects of Banking like Retail Liabilities, Retail Assets, Branch Operations, Relationship Management, Trade Finance Sales, Trade Product Development, Trade Operations, Credit, Foreign Exchange, Collections & Recovery, etc. Over the years he has conducted several trainings in Trade Finance, AML, TBML, Import/Export finance, Credit Assessment & Retail Collections
