Trainer Profile
She is has Bachelor of Law and Master’s in Financial Management along with Diploma in Intellectual Property Law. She has a rich experience in advising banks and corporates and acting as transaction legal counsel for various transactions. She has handled the documentation related to more than 100 transactions involving assignment/securitization of receivables by various banks, non-banking finance companies and financial institutions. She is filing applications under section 7 and 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and she works as legal advisor to resolution profession in the corporate insolvency resolution process of several companies. She is also a legal advisor to liquidator in the liquidation process of several companies and as a legal advisor to resolution applicants. She also appears in NCLT
